1: Oct 4th, 1999- Degrassi is coming back to CBC!!!! Check local listings for the time.

2: I got some information about a song I was looking for in the film School's Out, (the very last song "We Can't Look Back, performed in 1992, by Canadian singer/songwriter Amy Sky. The last song of the film was performed when Joey and Caitlin dance).
Amy Sky came out with her first album in 1996, Cool Rain, and second album in 1998, Burnt By The Sun. She is 35 years old, a Torontonian, has two kids, and is married to Marc Jordan. She is a singer/songwriter.

I liked the album, interesting lyrics, melodic, trance-like, her voice sounds like Alanis Morissette and Fiona Apple mixed together. There is a touch of anger and rebellious emotion, a release of something....I do not know how to review CD's very well, but if you like a more agressive voice than Sarah McLachlan, but not as harsh as Courtney Love, then Wicked Dream is for you.

I was watching Twitch City last week, and Stefan Brogren was on it, on a 
fictional talk show discussing with the host, Kids in the Hall comedian 
Bruce McCullogh, how he slept with his mother. t was basically a fictional

gained weight, and his hair has thinned, but he's distincly recognizable.

13 to watch Degrassi Junior High. As a junior school kid myself (and even

A friend of mine introduced me to a band on the MP3.com website 
(www.mp3.com)called Headboard. It was their song that was on the MP3 charts 
that introduced me to them so I decided to check out their official website. 
As I was looking through the list of sound files I noticed a song called 
"Everybody Wants Something." Out of curiosity I decided to check it out and 
see if it was what I thought it was. Indeed, it was a cover of the Degrassi 
theme song, but altered a fair bit. See, it has a horn section and it is 
very pop oriented. However it is definately worth checking out. The other 
songs by this band are great as well.

One is part of the Centennial College campus, and operates as the Bell Centre for Creatvie Communications (Programs like Journalism, Communications, Film Studies, and Radio) The other school is a daycare and a junior school (for kids) that also teaches ESL (English as a Second Language) on the weekends for adults.

Here's a update for The Degrassi Legacy's Showbiz section: Stefan Brogren stars in the newScratching Post video, "Rock Past It". The video which was filmed on July
11th at the Toronto Street Festival is now out on MuchMusic (or MuchUSA for those in the States). Stefan plays an crazy obsessed fan, and there's some
really funny clips before and after the video where it's just dialog, no music, with Snake talking about his obsession. Check MuchMusic for it (the
