Hey its just me again! I was thinking that you should have a character,
get involved on the net..maybe meet someone on the net and have a net
romance. Or have a net romance and find out the person is really some
person from DJH that you don't like. Or have someone get addicted to
porn on the net, or addicted to the chat rooms on the net. Hmm..the
possibilities are endless!! Just a few ideas to add to all my other
previous ones!

*Mark* Please send the full story!....We would like to hear from anyone who want to send Fan Fiction to us.
Please follow the guidelines and send it to me. Natalie and I will discuss it to see if it suitable for Degrassi World. You will be notified by e-mail, and then the story wil be edited for grammatical errors, then put in the next Digest issue.
You will be credited, and the fiction will be archived.

i remember now that it is "the judge". those few details helped me
remember more about the show. thanks. i have never seen the one with
alexa in it. i rememeber the episode with pat and neil because it was on
only about a year after either the show ended or the movie was played. i
was going through degrassi withdrawl then so i watched it even though it
was a very bad show. i think pat ended up winning. after that i tried
watching it whenever i could to see other degrassi characters but i never saw
any, then the show was taken off the air. i think it was on nbc at the time.

Hey all
Just a brief notice to all Australian Degrassi fans. My name's Effie
Karageorgos and am a member of the newly formed club at Flinders
University - The Degrassi Appreciation Collective. We basically watch
episodes on the show and discuss. Last week we watched the one when zit
remedy make a video clip and joey and caitlin break up. Memories of
emotions from my past are beseiging my mind.
Is anyone else in the club on this mailing list? If so contact me.
Also just like to say the webring is fantastic and has answered so many
of my questions. Just another one - is there any possibility of Liberty
Street being aired on Australian television?
Take care all...
Effie

*Mark* WOW! I hope more people can reply to this post...get the Degrassi Austrialian fans together with other fans around the world talking.

Ok my submission to Degrassi World would be about the episoide where they kill off my favorite character Claude Tanner. I would have re wrote the episoide if i could =
so that Claude never really killed himself. What happened is this. Claude got pissed off with the world he was lving in and he randomly =
chose one of the bitches that was picking on him talked them into the bathroom using chloriform to drug them. dressed them in his clothing =
shot them in the head. Snake wouldn't have been able to tell the difference and Claude would hide out and forever stalk Catlin forever.
I know you won't post my fantasy but thanks for reading it.

*Mark* Please expand your story to an appropriate length and send it to Degrassi-World@degrassi.org

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for your newsletter! It's informative and and
interesting. I'm just wondering if there's any way I can post messages
to other Degrassi fans. I live in downtown Toronto, and I'm desperately
looking for a copy of School's Out. Do you know how I can get a copy
from someone? Thanks, and keep up the good work!

Cecil

DEGRASSI WORLD #6: TIM AND LIZ AS PROM DATES Last year Tim and Liz attended The Pogues concert together, at the end of the date Tim tried to kiss Liz. However, Liz broke down in fear. She was still haunted by the memories of her stepfather molesting her as a child. Liz promised herself that no man would ever hurt her again, so when Tim kissed her she felt violated. Not long after, Liz's mother forced her to join a support group for sexually abused women. The first meeting Liz had a chip on her shoulder; The second she cried; The third she stood up in front of everyone and told her story. Reenacting the past was quite painful, yet the more she vented her anger and frustration, the stronger she became. With her new confidence she was able to resume a happy, trusting relationship with Tim. Tim is very understanding of her situation. In fact, he took it upon himself to shelter her like a wounded butterfly. He has even been mad-dogging Joey Jeremiah since he found out that he came onto her several years ago. Tim has always been smitten by Liz, she was different than the other girls: more exotic and mysterious. In the three months that they've been dating, he had not kissed her, they have only hugged and held hands. Tim believes that if he pampers and spoils Liz, that she will eventually crave desire stronger affections . . . And Liz was definitely worth the wait. With Prom night approaching, It was decided that Liz and Tim would double date with Spike and Clutch. Liz and Spike went prom dress shopping at Degrassi Plaza but everything was too bright, poufy and sequined. Inspired by the movie "Pretty In Pink" they decided to buy vintage dresses, rip them apart, then redesign them with custom embellishments (leather, black lace, metal studs). This year a rebellious movement spread throughout degrassi, many of the dateless girls and guys wanted to break the rule that you had to go as a couple. They did not want to be stuck with desperation dates when they could have more fun going with their buddies. Mr. Raditch sympathized and granted their wish. As a result, they sold twice as many tickets as last year. Prom night was heaven. The Degrassi gym was a menagerie of silver balloons and white carnations. The dancing got so wild that the girls took of their shoes and the guys untucked their shirts. Joey and Caitlin were crowned prom King and Queen. The prom was not officially over until 1:00 a.m. but he foursome left at 10:30 p.m.so they could have some private time. They drove to the mountains and spend the night gazing at the stars. Liz was cold so Tim wrapped a blanket around the two of them and held her close to his body. Then Liz shocked Tim. She started kissing and touching him passionately. Tim was starting to wonder if somebody had spiked the punch. But he didn't care . . . why mess up a good thing? THE END
