Mark: As I have found out from the Degrassi update website, Shakti, Amanda Stepto and Cathy Keenan's store has moved to Guelph, Ontario. I will confirm that by stopping by 4 Kensington to see what is there. This is what I have heard, though.

I wrote the Spike SONG! I love Degrassi and am not ashamed to say that I'm a little crazy! Peace, Michael "bruce lee" Park

Mark: Great, we now know who wrote the song, if you want to send the lyrics, that would be cool. Send it to the Digest next time so anyone who is not familiar with the song can read the lyrics.

Does anyone know what Darrin Brown, who played Dwayne in DJH & DH is doing now, and also how old is he? Someone told me he was a few years older than the other actors.

Thanx,

Chris.

Mark: You can check out Oren and Guy's site of what the Degrassi Actors are up to nowadays. It is constantly being updated. http://members.tripod.com/~degrassi

Years ago I wrote to public television, in an attempt to find out about purchasing episodes of degrassi on video, but the prices I was given were intended for schools or other institutions wishing to show them. At least this is what I figured since they were so expensive. (I did get a cool poster, and episode guide and with summaries though.) With videos getting cheaper every year I was wondering if anyone knew where they might be available now?

Thanks for all your posts! I think that Direct Cinema Limited still exists, as when I bought several episodes from them. they were thirty dollars American at the time, (1988), but maybe they have gone down in price. Good luck! Here is the address for two companies which used to sell Degrassi videos

McNabb and Connolly 49 Danville Dr. Willowdale,Ontario M2P 1J2 (416) 226-3060 And another: Direct Cinema Limited Post Office Box 69799 Los Angeles, CA 90069  Also as mentioned in David Nashtir's site you can e-mail Southeastern Video Connection at sales@videoconnex.com
