I disagree with you. I believe the behind to be that of Tessa. Anyone else
agree?
*Mark* Thanks for your post. I am not sure, but I think it is Amy, because
of the length of her hair, the fact that her hair is more wavy, layered, and
her body frame is larger than Tessa's. Tessa is little. She has a small
frame, like a little girl. This mystery person was more filled out.

Ha!! I just want to share with everyone my Degrassi sitings because
there have been a lot of them lately. I've seen Cathy Keenan (Liz)
around many times in the Dundas/ Landsdowne area and even in Sam the
Record Man. I was tempted to go up and talk to her but I'm sure she
wanted to be left alone. My roommate has talked to her before on the
subway and Cathy politely told her to be quiet. I guess she didn't want
people recognizing her. It doesn't seem she has changed much in
appearance since Degrassi. I've seen Patrick (I think) hanging out on
Yonge Street in front of Hernando's Hideaway. Unfortunately, I didn't
hear his accent but I'm sure it was him. I've seen Stefan Brogen
(Snake) at Toby's on Yonge Street and he was smoking. Saw him at the
movie theatre and I think he was seeing the movie Twister. Last but not
least, I met Marsha (Cindy, BLT's girlfriend after he broke up with
Michelle) through mutual friends and she seems embarassed when I mention
Degrassi. If I was her, I would be proud to be part of such a project!
Oh ya, I also want to mention that I grew up in Cobourg, Ontario which
is only minutes away from Port Hope (where Wheels goes to find his real
Dad). My friends and I went to Port Hope and met Wheels while he was
filming that episode. He was really nice and polite and so was the
crew. They didn't seem to mind us fans hanging around. Back then, it
was such a big deal to us!

I have only met two Degrassi actors when they were promoting Degrassi Talks way back
in 1991 or 1992. I saw Linda Schuyler and Kit Hood in front of
Playing With Time a long time, but I was too shy to say hi.

Hey there Degrassi Buff's..
Never posted in here before but been on the list since it
started...so i will keep this somewhat short and sweet *laughing*
Now someone asked:
"do you have any idea whose ass that is in the
opening credits of the degrassi high programme?"
I am willing to bet all my money that it is L.D's butt flashed upon
the screen. Anyone with me here?..Since the first airing of "Degrassi
High" I had no doubt that it was her...If anyone can point out that it
isn't her i would be open to re-thinking my thought on the subject.

LD had straighter hair, one length hair, no layers, no blond. LD's perm was gone
by Season 4, and she did not have blondish hair. She had a more filled out
frame, but she was thinner than that mystery person.

Subject: Degrassi Talks
Everyone seems to talk only of Degrassi Junior High, and Degrassi
High......doesn't anyone remember Degrassi Talks?? I know there wasn't
too many shows, and I would like to know the topics of each of the
Degrassi Talks. I think that maybe they should rerun those episodes as
well, in the cycle of Degrassi High. That way, we wouldn't have to see
the same episodes almost every other week. I am a little bit sick of
seeing the abortion episode almost everytime I get a chance to watch!

Subject: oh the memories
Hi my name is Trong Tran and I come from Australia. Just wanted to say what
a nice site, sort of brings me back to my high school days. If you didn't
know it degrassi's got a sort of cult following...well more of a memory most
people between 18 and up have of remember watching while in high school with
other shows like Monkey Magic and astro boy.
I think the show was screen about the same time as it was in the
US and we got it on one of the non-commercial stations so it meant no
commercials. I have to admit that me and my friends used to eagerly
await each episode so we could have a laugh at school when we talked
about it.
Any how thanks for bringing back the memory of the show to me. And
the memory of the gag article I read in one of the uni mags a while ago
which talked about what happen to the stars we once knew and the comment
it made about the zits where they released a 12 song album with all
songs being remixes of 'everbody wants something'.

*Mark* Rebecca Haines has her Masters Degree in Sociology. As I have only
spoken to her, I know this for a fact, but I do not know about the others.

*Mark* Amanda Stepto is the oldest Degrassi actor. She was 16 when the series
started. Sara must be 23 or 24 years of age now. Last time I was looking
through the Web, I was looking at David Nashtir's guestbook on his Degrassi
site and someone had written that they went to University with her. She
supposedly goes to Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada
